This Time It’s a Glass Bottle At Easter Road
Our colleague Mick Moody has sent us the attached article. We have seen a number of incidents where objects have been thrown onto the field of play this season, including plastic bottles and coins. North of Hardian’s Wall we are now seeing a glass bottle thrown on to the Easter Road pitch as Celtic beat Hibernian in the Scottish FA Cup Semi-Final.
This landed close to Scott Sinclair one of the goal scorers.
Neil Lennon, the new Celtic manager was unimpressed, especially as coins had been thrown at him earlier this season.
Edinburgh Police are investigating the incident. We are well aware that the technology is available to back track the bottle to the person who threw it. Enter Dallmeier’s Panomera product!
