Response from PGMOL
Following on from our Chairman’s letter to PGMOL, we have received the following response:
Dear John,
Your letter was discussed by our management team at the October meeting. I can now confirm that our Directive will be amended to reflect your suggestion.
It will therefore read:
‘In this circumstance player and spectator safety should be considered by the Safety Officer and if the police are present, with the senior police officer’
